As buyer’s representatives we will:
 
Assist you in determining the amount that you can afford and show properties in that price range.
Assist in viewing properties and accompany you on the showings.

Research the selected properties to identify any problems or issues to help you make an informed decision prior to making an appropriate offer on the property.

Advise the client on structuring an appropriate offer to purchase the selected property.
Present the offer to the seller of the property. Negotiate with your best interests in mind.
Review and explain all legal documents.
Assist in securing appropriate financing for the selected property.

Provide a list of potential qualified attorneys, mortgage consultants, appraisers, engineers, architects, contractors, and home inspectors.
Most importantly you would know that they are fully represented throughout the real estate transaction.

We will get you the lowest price, negotiate the best terms for you, assist you in negotiations, find out if the seller will accept a lower offer price, not disclose any information that would hurt your position. 

You will receive all this services absolutely free, It's in our best interest to work quickly, diligently and use all our resources to help you meet your goals. We are compensated for our work by commissions paid by the seller when the property closes.

When you have an agent as an advocate, you share some of the risk of home buying. Otherwise, it is buyer beware. We will assist you, advise you, and help you navigate the transaction legally and safely. We will make sure you take appropriate steps to protect yourself.
