Most importantly you would know that they are fully represented throughout the real estate transaction.
We will get you the lowest price, negotiate the best terms for you, assist you in negotiations, find out if the seller will accept a lower offer price, not disclose any information that would hurt your position.
You will receive all this services absolutely free, It's in our best interest to work quickly, diligently and use all our resources to help you meet your goals. We are compensated for our work by commissions paid by the seller when the property closes.
